Subject to weather conditions and social distance guidelines being adhered to. The toilets are CLOSED on Avon Beach. There are public toilets open at Friars Cliff & Mudeford Quay (a 10 minute walk away) so please plan ahead.

Due to the current situation with Corona Virus, The Noisy Lobster main restaurant is temporarily closed until further notice, the takeaways are provided from the next buildings along the beach.

We are a family-run, award winning restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all year round. The Noisy Lobster first swung open its doors in 2012. As we continue to grow so too does our customer base and it’s a real pleasure to call many customers our friends. The idyllic views of Mudeford Bay and the Isle of Wight provide a wonderful setting for all day dining or a stop for a refreshing beverage. 

We have recently added Our Blue Room  which is located above the restaurant and is available for private functions, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or wakes.  Alternatively book a table and try our delicious Sunday Roasts.

At the Noisy Lobster we pride ourselves in keeping it local. This means embracing where we live and building a reputation for fresh, seasonal produce 365 days a year. We specialise in locally-sourced seafood, much of which is caught by the hard working fishermen from Mudeford and Lymington. If you are not already a fan of seafood, we will be happy to share our knowledge to entice you to the wonderful array of flavours on offer. However, fear not, we have a wide range of dishes for you meat lovers and vegetarians.

We Love our Chefs

At the Noisy Lobster, we live, breathe and eat seafood, and we like it to be as locally-caught as possible. That said, we have to go with the tide, and at certain times of the year our best-selling Mudeford Bay Lobster is not as readily available as we would like. With this in mind our Head Chef, Steve Hall, has created a menu that does not disappoint. From Mussels Mariniere, to Traditionally Dressed Crab and the Catch of the Day, he presents a wonderful array of dishes.
